Irresponsible behavior in after sales services

Location/place: Greater Noida (Delhi-NCR)

Name of company/service: MTS Mblaze data card

Hi Team,

This is to report a complaint against MTS Mblaze datacard (datacard no : 8459194416)service. I faced the following issues and harassment being a consumer and felt neglected after purchasing the product.

1. Promised data transfer speed upto3.1 MBPS and i was getting 200-300 KBPS.

2. I have logged complaints at customer care two times but no relevant call back has been made and the complaints have been closed without any resolution intimated to me.

3. payment of Rs183 has been generated without solving the issue.

4.Now my data card shows “Product not active”

5. customer care no : 9136955955 , no executive picks the call even after 10 minutes of wait in the queue

I have tried to contact on the email ids given on the website but no body replies. At last i wished to write it here so that being a customer and consumer I should get what is promised to me.
Kindly help to resolve the problem.
