Sir,
I have booked my bike through Indian Railways as(LT- Luggage Ticket) in Steel Express from (HOWRAH to TATANAGAR) on 6th December,2015. Luggage ticket itself means that my shipment will go with me in the same train, but due to irresponsibility and negligence of Indian railways the bike was not loaded not that respective train(i.e Steel Express on 6th December,2015). It was very unfortunate that i have seen my bike on the platform(i.e Platform no.- 17) yesterday it was packed and it was ready for loading on the train but still it was not loaded.
I need a specified reason why it has been not loaded, when it will be loaded, and what is my benefit then after booking a Luggage Ticket i have to face this situation of delay?
