this to bring to your notice that LG people have harrased. we have purchased 19 split ac from LG out of which 1 AC was not working from day one. we made repeated complains, finally on 20/june/2012 they picked up our indoor n outdoor unit on 20/june/2012 job no rna1206180283.
its ben i month they are fooling us by saying the the workshop is not supplied by the condenser of the unit by LG, which cannot be believed, as such a big company making end no of AC everyday not having is not able to supply condenser.
kindly look into it and find us the sollution.
