Name of company/service: symphony air cooler
I had buy a sympony air cooler deit on 27.04.2013.
on 03.05.2013 cooler pump was stop. I have complain in company custmer care service and they give me complaint no.idc-4e 13010.on 04.05.2013 and insure me that company engineer will come with in 12 hours. But no one come. The custmer care no. Is computer opreted that why when we call only record sentense were here. Then after so many call one engineer come and said the pump was failed and I will changed it. But from that day no one come to change the pump.
