Name of company/service: professional courier and ebay
I bought a watch from Ebay seller he sold me a fake watch when i contacted seller he told me to resend the watch and he will refund my money back.When i did so he called and informed me that there is no watch in the box.
The product was shipped from professional courier and someone opened my parcel and repacked it for the same i contacted ebay but they said if seller has not accepted the parcel so my case was closed.
Now i neither have watch nor my money is refunded.
Tried contacting professional couriers but still they are not taking any possible action on it.
I would like to question ebay why they are allowing fake seller to sell products and how professional courier can do such things with customer.

only problem was during the delivery i contacted seller and he said me to mention 1000 buks as declared value and i don’t want 1000buks either i need my watch in good condition or my full money to be refunded.
