17.02.2013 around 4pm i have made recharge for Rs 30/-
and in evening 17.02.2013 10pm when i was trying to call, computerized voice spoke that my balance is low,i got shocked and when i checked balance *100# it was beyond Rs 1/-
i don’t have any service activated,but then too they have deducted my balance,please some one help me in this,
30 rs is not big thing but its the matter of coning customers
