Logistic Charges & File Charges wrongly taken by dealer on cash purchase of new car.

Location/place: VARANASI, UTTAR PRADESH

Name of company/service: GANPATI HYUNDAI, Ganeshpur, Shivpur

I had purchased a EON era+ car (Reg No. UP65 BJ 5099) from Ganpati Hyundai, GaneshPur, Shivpur, Varanasi, on 17/04/2013. They had taken Rs 3,68,990/- from me.
They had given me an invoice of Rs 3,26,521, Registration paper of Rs 26829 and Insurance of Rs 8840 (While they were telling that insurance will be free from their side as per offer from Hyundai Motors).
The total is 326521 + 26829= 353350 The gap of Rs 15640, if I deduct Rs 8840 of Insurance, the gap is still around 6800. Now they are telling that they have taken Rs 5000 as Logistic charge & Rest is as file charge. While I came to know that logistic charge should not be taken & file charges are to be taken only in case of bank Finance.
