LIC HFL charging more interest rates for existing customers

My current interest rate on Home loan is – 11.9%. According to me, this is on a higher end. We did check with other banks and did research on interest rates.

LIC HFL charging lower interest rates to new customer.

I had sent many emails to LIC HFL executives on this and no reply till now.
