I lodge a Complain to LG customer care for My Colour TV on 13 July 2012, that time customer care executive told me you complain is be sort out in 24 hour, that time one engineer come for solve the problem, but he say some part will be change, but after that he will not come till today, I told customer care again on 22 July, he says again you problem solve in 24 Hour, but now after 3 days nobody will come yet. again today I told to costumer care, than again he will told me your problem solve in 24hr, That 24 Hour not come yet, What to do, Pl. Help me
