LG AC service is theworst

I had logged a service request to LG for fixing my Split AC on 25 Feb 2015. Subsequent to this, my ac was fixed on 26 Feb 2015. But after fixing it, the AC did not work. The LG mechanic had promised us that the same will be fixed by maximum that weekend. But we did not receive any service or call. After waiting for a week, we had again registered a call with LG customer service on 6 March 2015. We were told that the display and the board of the AC were not working and we need to replace the same. This was actually an old news for us as we already knew this because the mechanic who fixed the AC had given us the status. After this couple of times different mechanics had come to my home for repairing the AC but without bringing the required new parts. Subsequent to this, I had logged in a compliant with the Area Manager Mr. Srinivasan on 11 March 2015. He had promise us to look into this and had sent a mechanic to make the AC in running condition by directly connecting it to power the board or display. Now the AC is not running as well as there is water leakage which is potentially hazards to my family. I had again called MR Srinivasan on 17 March 2015 and explained my situation. He had turned a deaf ear to my compliant and till date my AC is not useful to me. I am not sure if I would get any justice in this case as I have time and again been patient enough expecting some sought of real customer service from LG. But now I am fed up of all this and have decided to write in this forum and express my total dissatisfaction with LG and its crappy service.
