Few days ago i receive a call of mr. Sk sharma from delhi he told me about tower,then i go wit his planings,he told me our engineer servey your area than decide which company tower select in your area. He call me and told your plot is selected vodafone 3G tower so we give you 35000/- Rs monthly rent and 25 Lakh deposit of 20 years agreement, also one person job provide this company but fist you deposit registation charge 2450/- Rs sbi account that is not refundable,after that i receive NOC, agreement, customer green card via mail. Then they said pay 25000/- Rs for lease hold tax , i thought this is last amount to pay so i paid that amount therafter they told pay bank clearance free & Its cost is 20000/- Rs , i paid that amount also,right now they are demanding more money from me so please do the needfull i thing this is fraud company.
