less benefits given by the telecom company

Name of company/service: student at delhi university

dear sir,
i got an sms from my telephone operator ,i.e., reliance communication that recharge with rs. 45 and get 1000 local + national sms i did the same but i only got 550 local sms after the recharge .
i called to customer care but they just say we can’t give u anything more that is a fraud by the company.
i have both the sms send by them.
please do somethimg with this regards
