I order (KA/100572/4XS9O7HW) Micromax mobile on kaunsa.com on 30th Mar’13, and received confirmation on mail, that product will be delivered on 14th April. I waited for 25 days from the day order and then i logged a complaint (Kaun/T100572/O4IDFU8BJG) on 26th of April to cancel the order and initiate process to refund the paid amount. Till now i am getting assurance that product will be delivered however date of delivery is changing. Now when i am getting same product cheaper in market then Kaunsa price, i dont want to wait any more. I requested i want my money refunded and order to be cancelled however i did not got fruitful answer from Kaunsa and only way of communication for complaints are web portal where kaunsa executive reply or respond as per their convenience.
