Hi, My Name is Nishant Vidhate. I want to draw your attention towards a issue which happened on 11th May 2013 at 20:54 hrs, i have a Axis ATM debit card, its a salary account, so i withdrawn Rs. 10,000 on said date and time but in reply i have got Rs. 9,100 only. so after that i lodged a complaint to Axis customer service and got this complaint no. 1305013488 and been asked to wait for 7 working days to resolve this problem but on 8th day when i called on Axis customer service centre they replied that my transaction was succesful and i need to visit physically to nearest branch of Axis Bank to lodge a complaint regarding the same, i went to Mulund branch and lodged a written complaint with one of their employees named as Ms. Lonika Mahajan and she said it will get resolved with in 10 days but its been more than one month iam not getting any reply on this and this is one of my bitter experiences to deal with such a big hat banking & financial sector enterprise, i would urge to look into it and help me.
