Lenovo – Worst After sales warranty & service

i have bought one lenovo P780 on

06-Feb-2014 from Net Distribution

Services pvt Ltd . Imei no –

, within 4 weeks of using

the product it started developing network

issues , like most of the time there is

no network in the phone, but the same sim

when tried with other phone working fine.

after complaining the service provider,

few weeks , i found that there is problem

with the phone, and called the customer

support where in they had redirected to a

service center.

at service center, as it was a common

service centre for all phone suppliers,

their response was so bad and time

taking. waited for 4 hours, they formated

my phone, and after which they told that

the network I/C is damaged and has to be

replaced.

given me a service request no

SRIN0011403220013 , and promised me that

the part will be received in a week and

will be replaced within 10 days.

after 10 days, i called customer support,

they said that the part is being imported

and take another week.

today April 7 2014, i called customer

support, again they say that the part is

in transit and will take another week.

There is no escalation, there is no

service there is no support.

Am without a phone for all these time and

being forced to buy an another phone for

Rs.20000 which is waste of money.

Still todate there is no response and no

clear solution attained.

Also i am unable to escalate this issue

since only contact no is toll free, where

ever you call they ask to call Toll free,

at toll free they say wait.
