As there is some leakage from the 2nd floor above my water tank duct. This flat was bought by me around 1 and half year back. i lodged complaint with the builder against the leakage several time thru post, phone, verbal etc. First postal complaint accepted by him, but refused to accept the next notice. but unfortunately i did not get the acknowledgement copy from post. now he is in the process of transfering the bldg to society. how can i get my flat repaired by builder. Agreement does not have any clause that he guarantee the defective construction type. pls advice on [email protected]
