I have used my SBI ATM debit card at Byababa SBI ATM counter, Bhubaneswar at 1005 Hrs for drawing Rs 5000/-, i got an error message.. Later I found that Rs 20000 has been deducted from my account, I reported the matter to SBI, But the authorities informed that money was disbursed. I have given an FIR at Saheed Nagar police Station demanding Footage of the transaction. The SBI authorities have informed that the key board of the said ATM machine was defective and some body has manipulated the keyboard and took away the amount . How an customer will be penalized for the SBI error. Please help in getting the money from the Bank. My SBI AC No- 10661655984.
