I have purchased a Lava KKT 25 dual sim set on 15.04.2010 from Vasavi Communications, Chrompet, Chennai – 600 044. Manager of the firm is Srinivasan and his mobile Number is 984277770. During the month of September end my mobile is switched off immediately after I insert the charger. I took it to the above company and they told me to hand it over to the service centre of Lava at Parsan Manner, Mount Road, Chennai – 600 002 and after 15 days they gave me a certificate and asked me to hand it over to Vasavi and get a new replacement since my mobile is under warrenty and also they are not able to rectify the problem. But till now I am running pillar to post to get the new set and Mr.Srini of Vasavi Communication is telling that he is not having lava KKT 25 on hand and is asking me to take another set (not lava) with a reduced price (I purchased the set for Rs.3800) and now he is asking me to take another set for Rs.2,500. I request you to register this complaint and I require the same set back or my money to be refunded with interest and damage of Rs.20,000.00 since I am mentally and physically got irritated due to his behaviour.
