Late delivery of LPG filled Cylinder

Location/place: Karnataka/gulbarga

dear sir/madam,

I am here by request you to take the ligal action against Indian gas Agency Gulbarga, as he has been selling the LPG Cylinders for commercial(Hotels etc) use.

We have small family , need one cylinder for two months, evry time we have to wait 20days for cylinder, when we call he tells “We have delivered 10 days before so need to wait 20dyas” keeps on saying same thing evry time.
