I booked a parcel AWB No. B94380371 from N.S Palya Bangalore on 14/05/2013 to guwahati assam,during the booking time they told me it would be deliver on or before 18/05/2013.but when i am trying to trace it, it shows it is in Kolkata from 16/05/2013 to till this time,i am trying to call customer care of dtdc of kolkata office but entire day i found call center is busy,please help me regarding this.
