I booked one tatkal ticket for 3 person from IRCTC portal through my friend login id in which 1 is confirm and 2 was waiting after chart prepare it show 2 person were waiting so both person purchase general ticket for their journey and i cancelled ticket for 2 person before journey start but till date i not received any refund from IRCTC. I requested from IRCTC for the same but they not give any reply and said this matter send to railways concerned dept. and they also not give reply for the same.I am mentally tired from this matter .
Kindly file my complaint and give me suitable reply regarding this.
