I was an employee at cadd Center training services at “ISH”, 2nd & 3rd floor,behind Nitya Hospital, Kalawad Road,Rajkot,gujarat,3600005. PH.0281-2588833,MO.090627291849
I was a good employee. I have put my resign on 18 FAB. They accepted it without any problem. And then on the day of 21 FEB they fired me because I was unable to reach on duty on the day 21 FEB due to high fever.
On next day I replied that please clear my payment (salary for 1 FAB to 20 FEB and security deposite) and my documents (experience certificate for 6 months and last month salary slip). But they denied for payment and I haven’t received any documents yet. I have send a Request latter for same but they are harassing by asking
For some payments “all you were supposed to intimate before 2 months of leaving so you have to pay us the amount on 14000 to us. You have just informed before 15 days of leaving.”
I never denied for competing my notice period but they just fired me on 3rd day of resign request.
And one more for “We have trained you on creo so that you can tackle batch of the same. The charges of the same is 18500.”
I was there for to handle and train Ansys students. But by force they trained me for that on that point other vice they won’t give me increment. So I tried and get trained. And after that thought me to how to pirate a cad software. And given the responsibility. To keep all the computers work properly with piracy.
I just want is my salary for month FEB form 1 to 20 FEB (5000 INR.) and my security deposit (10,000 INR). And my documents (experience certificate for 6 months and last month salary slip)
Please help me on this
