Dear Sir/mam,
I mr akram rafique momin, customer of airtel digital company, i recharged rs 200 before 2 months, but still my service was not statrted. i had complent to the customer care 3 times. they told me we will send the engineer to the home for the visit & resolve the problem. but last 2 months my tv was not started. & the recharge of 200 rs has been deduct from my account. so pls take my complent as on priority basis.
