Landline – broadband to be disconnection

I have my landline with broadband connection at 02041200707 in name of soul tadka, pune and want to disconnect the broadband ( continuing with landline). The cost is high 999/month. from last 1 month the same is not working. Have give disconnection request 3 times.

I am not paying bill for last 1 month due to no solution from company.

pls help to get it resolved.
