APSRTC Fraud

Location/place: Hyderabad

Name of company/service: TCS

I Have reserved a ticket with APSRTC for Hyderabad to Chennai on 15Of Of Jan.

They have sold out the same ticket to some other with out informing me.
While I am enquiring with them they are giving irresponsible answer and fighting against me.
In the list which is there with the conductor has my Phone number even though they have not informed me.
But the ticket which I got after reservation does not have any contact information.
I wanna register a complaint on this.

    My name is j kotireddy I booked my ticket on 29/03/ 2014.from hyderabad to vijayawada. This apsrtc online are no1 cheaters they sold out my ticket also in the way of the bus not come in time and the driver also not stoped because he sold out and iam making phone call to customer care no. They are not lifting the phone why because they are also cheaters. I born to my parents iam giving my phone no, 9490666708, from apsrtc side anybody can contact about this comment if you born to your parents. So passenger’ s becareful with the apsrtc online cheaters.
