Land line BSNL Telephone(03241 260435) is out of order for last seven months.si

I have a BSNL land line connection (Tel No 03241 260435)which is out of order for last seven months. I have lodged written complain to DE(T), Bankura on 16.04.12 & to J.T.O (Barjora) on 10.05.2012. As per their advice I have applied for conversion the Land Line to WLL connection to J.T.O (Barjora) on 11.06.12 but no action has yet been taken till date though the bill is coming and being paid regularly.
