I received one SBI IRCTC Credit Card with shubhyatra benefit, i log on my IRCTC id for activation of this card, I have no idea about it’s registration i follow the guideline provide in procedure, after some time they asked me for payment i taught they asking for SBI card activation fee which i liable to pay after activation of card but now they levied twice amount for same transaction.
