Name of company/service: not able to connect customer care

my name is muneer..(8089551176).. I had been a problem with my balance deducting with out any services,, i made a call to customer care and they are telling i was using internet.. Bt actually am not.. Also they told me to send message “data ” to 121… But there also i got message “no data usage” like that.. Leave all that…
MY COMPLAINT IS THAT THOSE GIRLS ARE NOT ABLE TO HANDLE THE CALL AND AM NOT ABLE CONNECT THE CUSTOMER CARE STILL NOW.. SO PLEASE HELP ME ABOUT MY PROBLEM….
