Kouni SOTC – LIARS an CHEATS

Hi,
I am Vikas Agarwal from Surat. I booked trip through SOTC Kuoni in surat. I have faced following issues with them:
1) zero customer correspondence
2) false promises
3) no proactiveness from sotc
4) wrong itinerary
5) during trip no customer service
6) customer feedback team comes up with disappointing response to complaint
7) zero knowledge of how to process Taiwan visa whereas it is clearly given on internet
8) BIG BIG LIARS
9) On one a 4 meal coupons cost 90 USD and next day only 62 USD.

My humble request to everyone. Please avoid booking through SOTC and especially SOTC Surat.
