As per recent development in this issue,The Konkan Prant sahakari bank Pvt. Ltd. is disallowed to continue their activity and their License hence forth has been cancelled by RBI from 1st Oct-2013.The bank depositors will be given some agreed randsom amount against the assets of the Bank.The amount will be against the One lakh Rs. insurance issued by the the Deposit Insurance and Credit Guarantee Corporation (DICGC) under usual terms and conditions. Recently article came up in Marathi News Daily- Sandhyakaal on Monday,November 11th,2013 declaring bank directors & managing committee members as fraudsters along with their Photos.Kindly refer to the same.Pls let me know any new development takes place on the same.
