I have purchased Karbonn A6 mobile on 3rd oct 2013 at Nallasopara(east)Thane from Mahalaxmi mobile and watch center.
From starting date of purchase i observe charging problem in handset and headphone .
when i went to the shop , he replace the charger and said that if this problem continue occur then i will replace the handset but now he is saying continuously that only service will be done.when i went to the service centre in mira road thane , they are not accepting the handset saying that they dont accept the piece from Banglore manufacturer.This is because mobile IMEI no. is totally different from box printed IMEI no.
After submitting mobile to shop for servicing,because they said that we are having service center of Banglore manf. mobile handset so i have submitted the mobile to shop for service for their trust but after service he has not given me the job sheet of service center and after this my Handset get more problem apart from previous .
Now he says that submit your mobile for 2 days for totally service so i have not submitted the mobile and doing course of action from your side.Now shopkeeper saying that whatever you want to do you can do i will not replace the mobile in any case.
So please take immediate action and provide me needful help.
