Mr.K. Vaithyanathan of kkot builders west mambalam chennai has constructed an apartment at 15/7, corporation colony kodambakkam, chennai with full setback deviations. The chennai corporation had issued demolition notice to the so-said building. Members of the public are advised not to have any dealing with this k.vaidyanathan of kk builders as he always uses fradulent methods in his construction
It is true that Tr. K. vaidyanathan of K.K.Builders west mamabalam is a fradulent builder. Recently he has built 24 villas in Kovur near porur chennai. The CMDA has given domolition notice in Lr.No.EC2/1559/14 dt. 5.6.2014. He is trying to sell those houses by suppressing the fact of domolition Notice given by CMDA. The point is that Indian Bank has arranged Loan Mela for the so-said property for which demolition notice was issued by CMDA. The Indian Bank officials west mambalam are hand in glove with him to cheat the innocent buyers. He has also forged a sale deed for a house at 5, Padmanaba pillai street kodambakkam. The I.G. Registration has ordered to stop further registration for the property in LR.NO.5488/R3/2014 dt 25.2.2014.
This fraud builder entered into agreement with me to buy a plot in West Mambalam but never honoured it. Though the agreement valid only for 3 months and 2 yrs have gone after the lapse this fraud Builder is trying to stop all other buyers saying through the Brokers that plot is under litigation. Infact he has been threatening the potential buyers
Lodge a police complaint on him at Commissioner of Police, Vepery. If you need more cases related to him, i will provide you information so that you shall relate that on your complaint. The best time to complaint is now because it takes 6 months to get into a position and by then assembly elections will start. All these builders are backed up by local area politicians. If you pressurize at Commisioner office (Meet Commissioner Mr.Vishwanathan) during campaigning time, they wont play around and ensure to return your money. Moreover you shall also reach out to RERA and file a case. Builders will be ordered to provide compensation with interest
