i had placed order for micromax a116 with kaunsa.com on 15.4.2013 and made payment of Rs. 14,990/- through my debit card. i was told that i would get the product within 7 to 10 days but 18.4.2013 i was told that i would get it by 30.4.2013. that they have not delivered the product till date and are also refusing to refund the money and cancel the order. its been one month i am suffering from this mental torture and agony.
