cheating of bsnl

Dear sir
i have a mobile connection number 9475367185 from along days. before sixmonth one service deactivated in my number suddenly and deducting @rs10 gradually. i sent message for deactivation and got feed back for deactivation but still it deducts balance .please save me fro m illegal deduction of bsnl and arrange to retun my deducted full money immediately.
