In this connection be intimated that we have purchased juice extracter from your company via invioce number 6637091244 dated 18-aug-2012 in name of anuj charagi.
While putting in use the said product it had been observed that the same is not functioning properly and their office was informed accordingly.
After large number of followups some executives of their company visited our residence and they have noticed the defect and on their advice the product was replaced by another machine when put in use at the same defect and their office was contacted.
Since then we are following up with them But we have not got any positive response on this matter from your company.
We have not used the product since that date as we were out of station for couple of months.
