I am Arvind Khair and I have a complaint against Tata Indicom.
I was using Tata Photon Data card (9266606561) for internet use which I requested to Tata Photon Customer support on 26-March 2013 (Ref-354932073) to closed the said number. I got call from Tata Photon to know the reason why I want to close the said number and finally it was decided that I don’t want to use the number and should be closed.
Today when I called to Tata Photon(Ref-357611491) ,I came to know that this number is still active and has not been closed yet as Tata photon has assumed that I am going to use the number.
I am very disappointed by the service of Tata Photon and their Such a policy were they don’t allow customers to close their number easily.
There is fault/intentional strategy from Tata Photon my number should be taken closed from 26th March only and no additional changes should occur.
