I have joined Tech Mahindra on 11 Jun 2008 and worked for almost 4 years. I was getting A+ and B+ ratings through out my annual appraisal. In the last year they have told me to put the resign without any problem and they put me in D rating. They pressurise me for the resignation and hence I have submitted my resignation on 11 June, 2012.
Since then I am looking for relevent opportunity I am able to clear 4-5 rounds to many companies, but due to this I am not getting a job.
Can any one look in to this and resolve this issue? I have no ther option left except sucide.
