I have ordered one finger ring on jewelsouk.com on 8th of nov but till today after 14 days i didn’t received the product.
I continously called them and also email them enquiring about the product. initially they were responding to my call but never to mail but now they are not responding to call and also emails are getting bounced.
Do let me know what next should i take. Should i go ahead and file a FIR against jewelsouk.com

3. AN AMOUNT OF RS 15974/- HAS BEEN DEBITED FROM MY ICICI A/C NO 020901002814 VIA CCAVENUE (CCAvenue Order#- 20151202070457-147363 and CCavenue reference 104021070876 Order date 02/12/2015 19:05:54.) AND I WAS ASSURED THAT THE PENDANT WOULD BE DELIVERED TO ME BY 08 DEC 15 AT MY WIFE ADDRESS AT PUNE, MAHARASHTRA.
