Dear Sir/Mam,
I had purchased a Geonee phone for my wife in May’2015 in Surat. Warranty of the phone is of 1 year. After 2 months we noticed that the battery was not working properly. We approached the service centre (located in Pearl Plaza, Andheri west, Mumbai) in October’2015 and were convinced by the staff that the battery would be replaced in few days. We have been continuously tracing these people since then and till now (after approx 1 month) they finally replied that they had called us several times and we disconnected their call, which is not true. We have wasted loads of money in travelling , time and energy as well. We could have purchased few batteries by now instead of wasting the money in this, but did not, as we need justice.
