DEAR PEOPLE. PLZ DO NOT GET MISUNDERSTAND HIMBJS HOLIDAYS IS TRAVELING COMPANY. HOW MUCH PROFIT TO KEEP WITH US AND HOW MUCH TO SPEND IS EVERY COMPANY’S RIGHT. ALL OTHER COMPANIES ARE ENJOYING THE ENTIRE PROFITS. HOWEVER HIMBJS HOLIDAYS PVT LTD. HAVE DECIDED TO RETURN THE PROFIT IN TERMS OF BONUS TO THE CUSTOMERS AS SALES PROMOTION TO INCREASE THE SALES.LIKE LIC, BAJAJ ALLINZ AND OTHER INSURANCE COMPANIES.IN 2008 BAJAJ ALLIANZ PROMISSED TO RETURN 15% RETURN AND ACTUALLY RETURNED 48%. HOW…..? NOBODY COMPLAINED. NO BODY IS SAYING THEM FRAUD…. WHY…?

BUT HIMBJS IS FRAUD WHO PAYS MORE THAN 20%….. THIS IS JOKE.

STOP CONDEMNING .. YOU CAN NOT STOP HIMBJS FROM GROWTH NOW……………

I have nothing against Himbjs Holdiays Private Limited.

However I just wish to say that the other companys example that you have given are insurance firms and they give returns anually or even after 5 years.

But yours is a travelling firm and as far as I kanow thses people are not travelling anywhere but they are just inversting the money and getting the amount plus the interest back after 30 days, but really don’t know how long this is going to go on.

I really don’t wish to add anything more out here.

I just want to know, if u invest 1500 for month you will get 2100 it means 600 hundred is your profit for a month.
i don’t want to critisize your company. i am not that much intelligent or bright student in maths. but as seen in daily life and govt banks interest rates i don’t undestand the plan of your, how one can give so much profit in such condition.

I invested 10,500 recently will i get that money? Depending upon above comments i hope i will get my money back with 3500 extra. But how long this company goes. No investment is giving this much profit but how can here possible. Something is there what it is???????????

I am Sunil Kadu residing in Mumbai,I had booked Package from Himbjs Holidays Pvt.Ltd.My friend was told me about this travel company.They have tieup with more than 18000 hotels,they arrange fully paid package tour.They provide 3* & 5* services.He told me the best part of this company is they promoting their company by sales promotional Activity called Aishwaryachi Prapti Paryatanat.Through this I can get another package free within next 400 days of working which is higher than current package.I asked him how this is possible then he took me to mumbai office there I came to know about sales promotional activity of the company. I love to travel lots,hence I booked Mahabaleshwar Tour for My Wife & Myself,for my son the dint charge anything in the month of April.First I dont know about servises but god sware the facilities I enjoyed in Mahabaleshwar I never image,3* staying,mrvalous food,vehicle etc.In the first week of this month I have got call from my friend that Im eligible for next package,booked your package as early as possible.This time Im busy in my company project,hence I asked him can I use the same ticket for my Mother & Father he said yes,so I booked 7 ticket for my family for Ratnagiri Darshan Package on 14th Aug.I got very best reply from my family.Now my friend told me I will again get next package free for my family within next 400 days.Im waiting for that.I hats of for the system running by Himbjs Holidays. My humble request to all my friends who dont know about the system of Himbjs Holidays just walk into the Company office you will get proper information of Companies Sales Promotional Activities. I’ve been investing in it since last 4 months.. and i’m getting returns on time. I wonder how easily people make such silly statements and waste their time. I don’t know on what basis that person directly complained that its fraud. Second thing is why management is not clarifying and taking actions on them..

hi,i m a member of himbjs holidays pvt ltd since nov 2010..in goa branch,booking done by mrs sangeeta morajkar on bekalf of the companey.till may i didnt hav any problem ,i m getting my amount wth bonas within a months time.but from may onwards i didnt get any amount returned which i had given to the company.this mrs morajkar promised me to return my money with bonus within a month,but so far no news.like me all other members from our side are suffering ,want to know what is going wrong??

It is VERY GOOD COMPANY.Also I attended compani’s office in Ratnagiri twice. After that I had booked tour package in company. It is very good company giving bonus for booking for next tour package to all its customer. Don’t blame any company unless you know the things. I invested Rs. 150000/- through my agent Mr. Haridas Devrukhkar on jan 2011 i enjoyed total 7 trips. ande Rs.450000/- total bonus recieved till date still invested 260000/- with company. I had just finished my hyderabad tour ( RAMOJI FILM CITY ) for 4DAYS with three star hotel stay at TARA hotel. And the expirience is so good which can not expressed in words you have to expereince it.

yes, this is absolutely fraud company, myself invested in this initially i got returns, in the form of cheques,i became repre of this company, later on as i startd investing more they were offering return+investment in the form of vouchers saying to reduce transactions in my bank account, and if i want i can apply for redemption this worked hardly few months and NOW THEY ARE NEITHER ALLOWING ME TO WITHDRAW MY INVESTMENT NOR RETURNS SAYING REPRES CAN’T WITHDRAW HAVE TOO INVEST AGAIN AND AGAIN. and i am very much sure this cycle will last till this company exists(very very few months)also i wont get neither returns nor investment back… this is really true that i hav rather i am experiencing, so i request to not invest in this company… plssss DONT BECOME FOOL LIKE ME, heartiest request to all

सग्यासोयर्‍यांनाही आपण बुडवलेलं असतं.

साखळी योजनांद्वारे लोकांना खूप मोठय़ा आर्थिक फायद्याचे आमिष दाखवून त्यांची फसवणूक होऊ नये म्हणून सरकारने १९७८ मध्ये अशा योजनांवर बंदी घातली आणि तशी बंदी प्रत्यक्षात प्रभावीपणाने अंमलात आणली जावी यासाठी Prize Chits and Money Circulation Schemes (Banning) Act,१९७८ या नावाचा एक स्वतंत्र कायदाही केला. पण तरीही प्रत्यक्षात लोकांना ठगवण्यासाठी अशा योजना सुरूच असतात.
आता ही योजना पाहा. दोन हजार रुपये भरून योजनेत सहभागी व्हायचे. एक फॉर्म भरायचा. त्यावर आपला तपशील लिहायचा आणि तो कंपनीकडे पाठवायचा. कंपनी आपल्याला आणखी चार फॉर्म पाठवते. फॉर्म पाठवताना आपण दोन हजारांच्या ज्या रकमेची गुंतवणूक करायची आहे ती एकरकमी कंपनीकडे करायची नाही. आपली नोंदणी आपण ज्याच्या माध्यमातून करीत आहोत त्याच्याकडून आपल्याला एक यादी मिळेल. त्यातल्या पहिल्या टप्प्यावरच्या व्यक्तीला आपण पाचशे रुपये पाठवायचे. दुसर्‍या टप्प्यावरच्याला शंभर, तिसर्‍या टप्प्यावरच्याला दीडशे, चौथ्या टप्प्यावरच्याला दोनशे, पाचव्या टप्प्यावरच्याला दोनशेचाळीस आणि सहाव्या टप्प्यावरच्याला सहाशे साठ रुपये पाठवायचे. म्हणजे एकूण १८५0 रुपये आपण आपल्या अगोदरच्यांना पाठवायचे आणि उरलेले दीडशे रुपये कंपनीकडे पाठवायचे. बरे हे सगळे पैसे आपण डिमांड ड्राफ्टने पाठवायचे असतात. त्यामुळे सगळ्या पैशाचा हिशेब ठेवला जातो. सगळा रीतसर आणि उघडपणाने केलेला व्यवहार! निदान तसा आपला समज नक्कीच होतो.
या योजनेत आपण एकदा कंपनीच्या गळाला लागलो की, मग आपणही नवे नवे मासे शोधून त्यांना गळाला लावायचे असते. त्याशिवाय आपण गुंतवलेले दोन हजार रुपये परत मिळत नाहीत आणि आपल्याला अपेक्षित असणारा फायदाही मिळत नाही. आपण एकदा पहिले चार मासे गळाला लावले की, त्या चारांनी प्रत्येकी चार म्हणजे एकूण सोळा जणांना अडकवायचे असते. पुढच्या टप्प्यावर त्या सोळा जणांनी प्रत्येकी चार याप्रमाणे चौसष्ट लोकांना अडकवायचे असते. त्या चौसष्टांचे नंतर दोनशे छपन्न, त्यानंतर एक हजार चोवीस आणि सहाव्या टप्प्यावर चार हजार शहाण्णव लोक होतात. अशी साखळी विणली गेली, तर त्यात सहा स्टेजेसमध्ये मिळणारे पैसे कसे असतात, ते पाहा.
आपण दोन हजारांची रक्कम आणि जवळचे चार खटपटे साथीदार यांच्या साहाय्याने विणलेल्या जाळ्यात सहाव्या टप्प्यावर चक्क चार हजार शहाण्णव लोक अडकलेले असतात आणि त्यातून आपल्याला चक्क सत्तावीस लाख तीन हजार तीनशेसाठ रुपयांची प्राप्ती होते, यावर विश्‍वास बसणो कठीण जाते खरे; पण हे कोष्टकच सगळे काही स्पष्ट करीत असते. महत्त्वाचे म्हणजे यात प्रत्येकाला फक्त चार लोकांना शोधून काढून त्यांना सभासद म्हणून नोंदवायचे काम करायचे असते. ते तसे साधे आणि सोप्पे काम असते. गुंतवणूकही तशी फारशी नाही. फक्त दोन हजारांची. इतक्या कमी रकमेत आणि इतक्या कमी श्रमात अशक्य वाटणारा लाभ आपल्याला मिळत असतो. या तथाकथित कंपनीलासुद्धा फारसे श्रम न करता सहा लाख चौदा हजार चारशे रुपयांचा लाभ मिळू शकतो. ‘सर्वेपि सुखिना संतु’ ही आपल्या प्राचीन तत्त्वज्ञानाने मांडलेली भूमिका म्हणजे ‘सर्वांचे कल्याण होवो’, अशी सर्वसमावेशक स्वरूपाच्या विचारांची निदर्शक विचारप्रणाली आहे. कुणी जर या साखळीलाही तशा तात्त्विक चौकटीत बसवले, तर आश्‍चर्य वाटायचे कारण नाही. कंपनीला केवळ एका साखळीत इतका लाभ होतो. जर अशा काही शेकडो साखळ्या असतील, तर कंपनीच्या तिजोरीत किती रक्कम पडत असेल याची आपण कल्पना करू शकतो.
एकाच वेळी गुंतवणूकदाराला लक्षाधीश आणि कंपनीला कोट्यधीश करणारी ही योजना लोकांना आकर्षक वाटली नाही तरच नवल. सर्व व्यवहार अकाउण्टपेयी चेकने किंवा डिमांड ड्राफ्टने केले जातात. जिथे ही योजना चालविली जाते त्या ठिकाणाची नोंदणी दुकाने आणि आस्थापनांच्या कायद्याखाली करून त्या प्रमाणपत्राच्या आधारे ही योजना सरकारमान्य म्हणून लोकांपुढे ठेवली जाते. या व्यवहारात काहीही गैरप्रकार केले जात नाहीत, हे लोकांच्या मनावर मुद्दाम ठासवले जाते. काही ठिकाणी तर अशा योजनांद्वारे सुशिक्षित बेरोजगारांसाठी स्वयंरोजगाराची सुवर्णसंधी उपलब्ध होणार असल्याचेही सांगितले जाते. डिमांड ड्राफ्ट घेण्यासाठी किंवा आपल्याला या साखळीतून येणारे चेक्स भरण्यासाठी बँकांमध्ये खाती उघडावी लागतात. त्यातही अशा खात्याचा राष्ट्रीय बचत वाढविण्यासाठी उपयोग होईल आणि त्यातून देशाची सेवा केल्याचे समाधान मिळेल, असेही भासविले जाते.
या व्यवहारात कोणतीही वस्तू विकली जात नाही की कोणताही व्यापारी व्यवहार केला जात नाही. पोकळ आणि भुसभुशीत पायावर उभी राहणारी उत्पन्नाची ही इमारत काही काळ उभी राहते आणि एखाद्या स्टेजवर हे चक्र थांबते. जिथे ते थांबते त्या स्टेजवरचे गुंतवणूकदार पस्तावतात, आपले नुकसान झाल्याचे त्यांच्या लक्षात येते. पण त्यावेळेपर्यंत खूपच उशीर झालेला असतो. या टप्प्यावर अटकलेली माणसे स्वत: बुडतात. बुडतांना इतरही अनेकांना सोबत घेतात. आधीच्या टप्प्यावरचे बिलंदर आपापले खिसे भरून घेतात; पण त्यांचा फायदा इतरांचा घात करण्यास कारणीभूत ठरतो. आपण जे मासे गळाला लावले ते आपलेच सगेसोयरे, मित्र-सहकारी होते, त्यांना फसवून आपण आपले खिसे भरून घेतलेले आहेत याची जाणीव आणि त्यातून होणारा पश्‍चात्ताप आता या टप्प्यावर उपयोगाचा नसतो.

I was misguided by my rep wife while investing 15000 on 6th Dec’11.I was supposed to get 2 tickets for a local resort which I never got till date as my chosen days for the trip fell on 25th Dec(Christmas) and !st Jan’12(new year)Secondly I was informed that I will get a bonus cheque of 21000 within 3 months which I have yet to receive.Thirdly when I went to Parel office I was flabbergasted with the entire atmosphere of the office(the shutters of the front office were down whereas the so called officers were working) and the cool and callous approach of a representative.Can some one guide me?Whom can I contact? I know some people have mentioned that something is suspicious about this company, but it matters how much you study about the company. If you will enquired about this company to any tom dick and harry, that person will not know anything and then you will coment anything about the company. Everyone should check his/her knoweledge and then talk about company. Check what is the experience with this company…???? 1) If HIMBJS got Reserve Bank Of India (RBI) permission to start this finance business.?

2) whether they are having their statement of profit and loss account or Balance sheet to show to their customers ?
3) Who are the Directors or the founders of this Group , Their Addresses and Contact number & other profile.?
4) For How long they are into this business.?

5) Whether they have kept the reserve with RBI of Rs 200cr to start this finance business as every finance company has to keep this reserve with RBI under section 164 of RBI.?

6) Under what rule they are governed with RBI or SEBI.?

7) Whether their premises are OWNED or RENTED?

8) Why CM;S of the state which presently reeling under financial pressure has not invested in their schemes if they are giving 10% returns per months?

9) If a big companys like TATA, RELIANCE, BAJAJ ,MAHENDRA and SBI can offer you 9% per annum how it is possible to provide 10% per months which means 120% per annum for this company?

So friends , before investing please ask and take them in writting the above points and clear your self. Please remember there is no short cut in life to achieve Success.
