Item still not received after 45 days of order

Hello Team,

This is regarding cheating done by 1 of the online website “www.shopjii.com”. They have taken the money and have not delivered any product till now. Received an email 20 days back that the amount will be refunded back to my account. But there is no refund also made till now.
