Dear Sir,
I purchased a Lakme Eyeconic Kajal worth 200 Rs. which is said that it is smudgefree but after using it I came to know it is worse than local kajal, it is smudging around the eyes and appears very shabby, the company is falsely advertising it as smudge free. please reply to this, because many people are fooled by purchasing this product.
