It’s completely duty of the e commerce company to delivery to Correct product to buyer. I Purchase a “Brand New eSonic Mother Board” on 21-Jun-2014 through ebay.in Worth Rs. 2,499.00 After some days products got delivered when I installed motherboard II found that I got a wrong product/non working product that is I opened claim on ebay india and raised a complain. Ebay India customer care provided me Claim Id : – 543458. Within 24 hours I got a call from ebay india & he told me “Your compline is successfully registered with us and you will receive a call within 5 days for the solution. Now within 24 hours I again got a call from ebay, The guy told me that this product is not eligible for the refund as it is under manufacturer warranty so please have it repaired from manufacturer service center and we should contact seller and seller was not picking up phone and if we have to deal with seller only then why ebay india is in picture as its their guarantee and they say Ebay 100% satisfaction guarantee or refund and he marked the claim as rejected after the call without informing on call that he is going to reject the claim and then I submitted query on ebay for you on facebook and they say to contact the manufacturer service provider and get a letter from them within 48 hours that the item is dead or fake and submit us now if we have to do all this stuff why some one will buy online and more over there is no authoraised service center of product in our city we paid advance payment and it was for new product but ebay india says to have it fixed from service center What is a meaning of purchase products from online shopping portal like ebay india. Or I m a employ on ebay india???? Who I m??? I m simply a buyer who purchase a product through online shopping portal (ebay india) and make a advance payment to ebay india for my products expecting correct product will be received not that we have to rush for fixing it from manufacturer service center as we paid for the new item which is not working or wrong item. Now, ebay india is doing fraud??? it’s completely ebay india reasonability to refund if the item is not correct or not working. I request all india buyers to not make a single order from ebay india because ebay india is biggest fraud company and he is supporting seller “balkrishnamalaviya” as they rejected the claim without listening any thing from the buyer and just said the product is under manufacturer warranty so repair it from service provider, so why one will buy from online ??.
