i had purchase a blackbeery mobile blackbeery Z10 on dated 26 may 2014 next day i found problems in speaker, some applications and it getting hot in short time also its battery is not working proprely.
i went to the Gurgaon blackbeery service center and tell him about the speaker they told me the problem in headpones. they gave new headpones order but they take 20 day for complete the order so i didn’t recived the earpones and i came to surat i went to the surat service center (ENSURE SUPPORT SERVICES INDIA LIMITED) on 23th june 2014 they told me that the problem in heandset not in your headphones after that i told them i went to gurgaon service center they say the problem in earphones after that they told me it will take minimum 15 to 20 days to complete this phone making good and it send to they Chennai. i called on surat service center 28 june they told me your phone not send to chennai we can repair here in this not a big issue.
i doing many mail on blackeery offical mail ([email protected]) but they dont’t gave me any reply and i called on toll free no-1800-4253-720 but no body pick up the phone or maximum time it came busy.
i am very disspointed for this phone because in only one day it gave me many problems i bought this 18000/- rupee it very costly and the blacbeery company not gave any response how i manage all the things.

so, kindly please sir took a good action aganist the commapny and there service center. i think commpany supply some defactive picece and told them they replace my phone because it gave me problem next day and i put my phone more than 12 days to service center in on month now i don’t have any phone.
