Respected Sir,
My friend booked one courier from DTDC from Manipal (Karnataka) to Bhopal (M.P) on 14th July 2012. But now it is more than one week but still now i didn’t received my courier on time. And when i entered the shipment no. in DTDC website, booking date is showing 17th July and the destination place is Bhagalpur. That document is very important for me, i also file a complaint in customer service but they didn’t gave me any reply
What can i do please reply me
