I bought new iphone 6s for my wife a week back from Amazon
Order no.: 40589174226986712
iPhone ID: 359211075186353 iphone SR no: 0008000401217 …extn 91088950140
When I attempted to create new I Cloud ID to set-up my phone it did not create my ID and kept prompting that the ID name I am attempting was wrong format. After a few unsuccessful attempts it told me that I can no longer create ‘new ID’ with the phone as I already have multiple IDs associated with my phone. Thats ridiculous as I could not even get 1 id created and I get to hear that multiple ids are already created……when I now call the tech support team to rectify the issue then after multiple attempts from them they finally asked me to use my other iPhone to create id and then map the id into my new phone…why do I do that, it means they are not unlocking my phone for previous 3 ids…why I dont know….it also means that the phone can not be passed to multiple users…it is my choice how many users I may want to pass this phone to…….coming back to where the issue stands…iPhone has told me to wait till they attempt to resolve the issue for me….after long wait they will again try to be manipulative in the next call….. can someone tell who do I speak to for an immediate resolution of the issue?.
Now coming to Amazon issue…when I attempt to return the phone back as of course I am dissatisfied with the performance and frustrated to the core, it only helps me connect to iPhone tech support team…I did not know I dint have choice to return the phone that never served my purpose…very poor customer management, amazon should have taken some responsibility as well, least allowed me to return the phone…
expect some good recommendation and an early resolution if at all amazon/ iPhone are in listening mode
