irresponsive coustmer service n call centre

sir I purchased a window air conditioner from the company on 25th of june 2014 which was found defective at the time of installation and was confirmed by the technician who installed the ac from the company. The technician talked to the seniors in the company and I was assured for the replacement by 28th of june 2014 after a long discucussion on getting it replace or repair.
with some or other unknown reason I was assured to get it replaced on 29th of june which afterwards was withdrawn as the office was closed on sunday and I was promised to get it replace on Monday 30th june
.Sir in the marning I received the CALL FROM THE DELIVERY PEOPLE THAT THE AC CANNOT BE DELIVERED TODAY AS THE AREA I AM RESIDING IN COMES UNDER THE NO ENTRY AREA SO WILLBE DELIVERD ON NEXT SUNDAY.
SIR I HAD LODGED A COMPLAINT ON COMPANIES GRIVIENCE CELL AT THEIR SITE ON 25TH JUNE BUT I DIDNT GET ANY CONFIRMATION OF MY COMPLAINT NOR ANY REPLY FROMTHE COMPANY. SIR THEN I TALKED TO THE COMPANY’S CALL CENTRE WHO REFFERED ME TO TALK TO THE DEALER. TODAY WHEN IN TALKED TO THE CALL CENTRE IN THE MORNING THE OPERATOR TOLD ME TO DISSCUSS THE MATTER TO HIS SENIORS AND PROMISED TO REPLY AGAIN I DIDDNT GET ANY RESPONSE FROM THEM IN THE EVENING WHEN I CALLED THE CALL CENTRE THEY REFUSED FOR ANY COMPLAINTS FROM MY SIDE EXCEPT DEMO CALL .
SIR IF MY AREA COMES UNDER THE NO ENTRY AREA HOW WAS IT DELIEVERED ON WEDNESDAY THE 24TH OF JUNE. THE COMPANY THEIR DEALERS N WAREHOUSE IS HARRESSING THE COUSTMER
