i booked a cab from aarya cab service from dwarka (new delhi-77)to new delhi railway station on 18-07-12 at 9am for my sister(trip id-10007888999).they assured to confirm 50 mins prior to my departure time(1415 hrs).they send me sms confirming the cab no-DL-1RT5151,DRIVER NAME-MAYUR NAGPAL will pick me up from my residence at 1415 hrs.(sms in my mobile).but no one has came although i spoke to driver who assured me to come in time.at 1430 i made several cal to cab service they told me there was a problem and they send a new car within 20 minitues.but neither they send any vehicle nor called me.in hurry i had to hire another vehicle at 1520 hrs for station as my sister”s train was at 1655 hrs.i had to pay rs 1500 for that.i spoke to cab service for compensation.but they are not ready…i need compensation for that harrasment.
