Respected sir,
With due respect and humble submission I, mr sachidananda jena having a/c in SBI DEHURDA branch(branch code-10902)bearing a/c no-20078776369.ATM no-62201810902000855769 given complain in toll free no on date 23-03-2012 for refund of money deducted from my a/c for failed transaction in irctc.co.in and ticket not booked.
Pls refer sbi toll free complain no-AT42924256828 and AT42924256831.
.Transaction id in IRCTC web site is—0474875320 and 0474866286.
Pls , see the transaction on 21-03-2012 stated as pos -208192377144 irctc and pos -208108035812 in my enclosed bank statement.
But I am extremely sorry that 3and half months already passed,but it is not credited my a/c even if not after giving 2 times reminder .Pls take immediate action.
