Irresponsible..Liars..Unethical and Highly inefficient!

I had registered a complaint last week too …pertaining to delay in activating my Vodafone connection and rudeness of the staff for verification. Till date no action has been taken. Moreover, I spoke to Nodal Officers Ms. Sini and Mr. Sukhwinder Singh, who promised that they ill investigate the matter and come back to me in a day. Its been complete week and no call has been received. I have written mails to Nodal Office but looks like no one really bothers about complaints.
First of all, they were at fault for delaying my SIM activation for complete 15 days!! and now they dont get back to me with investigation through voice recordings. They are totally playing around with sentiments of customers. There’s NO SYSTEM and NO PROCESS to track the lacunae inherent in their system and people.

They only say Sorry when you tell them they are wrong…but no action is taken to compensate the customer for all the trouble. I am not asking for financial compensation but atleast check your system so that others dont face a similar problem. When I am ascting as a sincere customer and am taking out time to right away tell Vodafone about its areas of improvement, why is senior management so casual about such things?

They should ideally compensate me for the roaming charges that I had to bear for 15 days that they took for activating the local SIM for no fault of mine!

Irony is that the Vodafone representative on Consumer forum replies on my complaint and asks for my contact number. I give them Mumbai number so they reply and ask me that I should give my Gurgaon number to enable them to call. What a big company with such a loose database! When you have my email id and other contact number, why are you waiting for my message to provide Gurgaon number??? Silly company and silly people! There’s no need to take verification if you dont know how to maintain database.

    looks like no one is really bothered to reply!! Is this some kind of a joke going on? I like a stupid consumer is screaming on top of my voice..and people at Vodafone are just turning a blind eye to it?

    Idiots sitting in top management. Customer handling knowledge and importance is ZERO..I will escalate the issue to an extent that this problem gets resolved!
